My VPN connection is slow
Let’s troubleshoot your slow VPN connection:
Check your Internet connection: turn off AdGuard VPN and check your Internet speed. If your connection remains slow without the VPN, then the issue may be with that connection.
If your Internet connection is fast without VPN, re-enable AdGuard VPN and open our own speed test. Check the speeds of the server locations and pick the best one. The number to the right of a server name indicates its latency: the lower the value, the faster the response time of the VPN server.
Are you using extended logging? Go to Settings → App settings → Advanced settings → Logging level. Select Default. The Extended level may slow down your VPN connection if left on for a long time.
