Transparency report

This report covers requests for user data that AdGuard VPN received from government and law enforcement authorities. We review every request for legal validity under Cypriot and EU law. We only disclose the data that we actually hold.
Since we have a strict no-logging policy, we do not store user activity on our servers and cannot link an IP address to a user. Therefore, we cannot provide any data in response to such requests.

Warrant canary

Some government orders come with legal prohibitions that prevent us from ever disclosing them. To address this, we maintain the following warrant canary statements:
We have not received any order requiring us to weaken our encryption or introduce backdoors.
We have not received any legal order that prohibits us from disclosing its existence (such as a National Security Letter or equivalent instrument under EU law).
These statements are reviewed and updated every January. If either of them stops appearing, users should assume we have received such an order.

Scan to install AdGuard VPN on your mobile device
Installation
Download the AdGuard VPN APK file. If your browser displays a warning, allow downloading adguard-vpn.apk. Tap Open.
If installations from your browser are not allowed, you’ll get a notification. In this notification, tap Settings → Allow from this source.
Accessing these settings manually
To allow the installation of apps from your browser, go to Settings → Apps & notifications → Advanced → Special app access → Install unknown apps. Select your browser, then tap Allow from this source.
For Samsung devices with One UI 6 (Android 14) and newer
On some Samsung devices, the Auto Blocker feature may prevent APK installations. To install the app:
Open your device settings.
Go to Security and privacy.
Scroll down and tap Auto Blocker.
Disable the setting.
You can re-enable this feature after the installation.
In the pop-up dialog, tap Install.
Wait for the installation to complete and tap Done.
AdGuard VPN is now installed on your device. To launch the app, tap its icon in the list of installed apps.
