Today we are releasing one of the first VPN extensions based on Manifest V3! The development was challenging and we faced many problems along the way. But good news: AdGuard VPN Browser extension is now ready to protect your privacy in the reality of Manifest V3!

Today we bring you two releases – AdGuard VPN v2.1 for Mac and AdGuard VPN v2.1 for Windows. Not only do they have the same version numbers, but they also have similar exciting improvements!

In this version we've implemented two new features, updated native libraries, and made minor changes related to detecting the presence or absence of the network when the VPN is connected.

The new version is bringing some significant updates. Now it’ll be even easier for new users to use Exclusions, free users will be able to get more VPN traffic, and those who use custom DNS servers will be able to add them to the extension.

AdGuard VPN v2.2 for Android is an official release! You will find here compatibility with Android TV as well as an option to get free gigabytes of traffic. Let us get into more detail below, and we're sure you will appreciate what our app has to offer!
