AdGuard VPN v2.5 for iOS: Customizable app icon
iOS 18 introduced customizable app icons, so we added our own versions for Light, Dark, and Tinted icons. Now the AdGuard VPN app icon blends with its surroundings like a true ninja.
And just in case, here’s a quick guide on how to customize app icons on iOS 18:
- Long-press the home screen until the app icons start to wiggle.
- Tap Edit at the top of the screen and tap Customize.
- Choose between Light, Dark, Automatic, or Tinted. The last option allows you to customize the color and saturation.
- Optionally, you can also tap the sun icon on the left to lighten or darken the background. Depending on the colors you choose, this can make icons easier to see.
It also goes without saying that we made some small improvements on the app’s overall stability and performance.
