AdGuard VPN v2.11 for Android: more similarities with iOS app

With this release, we wanted to unify our mobile apps, because the more similar they are, the easier it is to introduce new features and fix bugs.

Previously, we could not replicate the same features on each platform due to operating system limitations, so we made changes to the Android and iOS apps separately. But in AdGuard VPN v2.11 for Android, we combined some of the code base of mobile apps using Kotlin Multiplatform. This made the functionality of our mobile apps similar to each other.

These changes will help us with development: we only need to fix a bug or implement a feature once, which means you can expect faster updates, exciting new features and overall smoother app performance.
